Our original campus has expanded over the years with renovations and new construction. Today, residential living and Life Plan services are available on this campus.

The newest campus, based on a traditional neighborhood design. This is a first-of-its-kind within retirement living, which brings the energy of small-town living onto campus. Woodlands residents have access to Life Plan services that are available on the Founders Campus.

Between both campuses, there are nearly 40 different floor plans with 790 – 3,280 sq. ft. of living space for adults age 58+ to enjoy maintenance-free, contemporary living.
