Lititz Natives Find Added Security

After planning for a move to a senior living community for five years, Ron and Linda decided on a Woods Apartment on the Warwick Woodlands campus, and moved in mid-2019.

“After only a few weeks, and we already felt at home. The timing was perfect. We always lived in the area and wished to remain here. One daughter still lives in Lititz and another not far away in Wayne, Delaware County. We feel like newlyweds again, we really do. And the peace of mind we now have just can’t be explained, it’s an incredible feeling. We feel very secure.”

After maintaining a beautiful home and property for many years, right-sizing for Ron and Linda is their new beautiful 1,950-square-foot apartment in The Woods…with nine-foot ceilings, two bedrooms, customized features, the convenience of underground parking, the curbside appeal of the Woods’ brick exterior, and access to all the services and amenities offered by both Moravian Manor Communities’ campuses, as well as the conveniences of downtown Lititz.

If you’re just starting your search for senior living, Ron recommends properly assessing your current situation, determining your requirements, and then identifying the community that best meets your desires. “Be realistic about your needs, and talk to people like Linda and I who have experienced the entire process.”

Reluctance to Relief

“It took us a long time to settle on a retirement community. I was one of those that was a little reluctant at first. Once we went through the transition, it was like a huge sigh of relief. And honestly, I haven’t talked to one person in terms of our neighbors and friends here that would say anything different.” Watch their video story.
