“I work on the Herrnhut Personal Care (HHPC) unit with Tina and I see her interacting with the residents. She is so kind and patient when helping them with various tasks. People First is her approach to her role in HHPC. At times, when a resident is upset or something is really bothering them, I’ve seen Tina sit with them in their room and talk with them to try to comfort them. She spends time in the living room with residents, talking with them and listening to their stories about their younger years; she is truly caring and loyal to the residents. I nominate Tina her for outstanding personality!”
