“Dilshad was my mother’s special caregiver right up until her recent death. She would find pretty headbands and hair accessories and fix her hair, making her feel very special and pretty. Dilshad had specific conversations to help her remember family and events, making her happy and proud. She also tried different approaches to make my mother feel more comfortable with difficult tasks.”
