Residents at Moravian Manor Communities love interacting with students who are employed in the MMC community and they value the opportunity to attend Warwick School District’s athletic events, plays, concerts, musicals and other productions.

In the spirit of supporting students at Warwick High School, residents have funded an Endowment Fund that is managed by the Lancaster County Community Foundation. Each year, a new Warwick senior is presented with a $2,500 scholarship. The Residents of Moravian Manor Communities Scholarship is renewable for four years for a potential total award of $10,000 for the recipient.

This year is the first award year for this new scholarship. The recipient is Warwick senior Ann Barney, who will be attending the University of Pittsburgh this fall to study nursing.

David Swartley, President and CEO of Moravian Manor Communities, and Ashlinn Masland-Sarani, Director of Forever Lancaster at Lancaster County Community Foundation, congratulated Ann after the Senior Awards Ceremony at Warwick High School.
