Bill Brightman, Excellence in Customer Care
Bill Brightman, IT
“When MMC recently upgraded to new timeclocks, there were some communication challenges between Maintenance and IT. Bill willingly stepped in to bridge the gap. From the outset, he treated every maintenance team member with courtesy and respect – listening patiently to our concerns, answering every question, and making us true partners in the process. As a result, the installation proceeded smoothly, on schedule, and without any unplanned downtime.”
“Because of Bill’s dedication, what could have been a frustrating, drawn-out process instead became a seamless, confidence-building experience for everyone involved. MMC Town Hall Recognizes Team Members & Updates on Campus Improvement Projects
Big things are happening at MMC! We recently held a Team Member Town Hall to share a few updates and recognize our amazing staff and the vital role they play in our success. It was so inspiring to see survey results showing how supported our team members feel by their managers and colleagues. With a positive census across the board and lower staff turnover rates, our community is stronger than ever thanks to our dedicated team!
We are also thrilled to share updates on our campus improvements, including the enhanced outdoor recreation area on the Founders campus and the brand-new Commons building coming soon to the Warwick Woodlands campus. The future is bright and we are just getting started!

The Mildred L. Bender Memorial Fund was established by a loving and grateful family in tribute to a women whose life and work exemplified a spirit of ministry to others. A lifelong member of the Moravian Church, Mrs. Bender spent her final years as a resident of Moravian Manor Communities, where her comfort and concern for others left a lasting impression. Following her death in 1994, a memorial fund was established in an effort to perpetuate the cherished values she held so dear.
The purpose of the fund is twofold to …
- Assist MMC residents in need through benevolent care.
- Annually recognize the outstanding service of a Moravian Manor Communities resident, volunteer, and employee who best exemplify MMC’s mission, vision, and core values.
