“I’ve been here for 2 ½ years, hopefully will be here for many more. I enjoy working here because it’s very relaxed, there’s a lot of opportunities here. I also do security on the side. The unique benefit is just being able to be yourself. I really enjoy their (the residents) company, it’s like a big family … everyone’s my grandparents is how I look at it.”
