“Whether it be with her coworkers or MMC residents, Marian always puts others first and embodies person centered care. She is eager to help and is a shining example of a team player. Marian does all she can to accommodate the residents and provide person centered service. Recently, to ensure that a resident received the care that they needed, Marian volunteered to work on her day off to transport a resident to an appointment that couldn’t be scheduled during the week. We are so thankful to have conscientious people like Marian on our team.”
