Marian does all she can to accommodate the residents and provide person centered service. Recently, to ensure that a resident received the care that they needed, Marian volunteered to work on her day off to transport a resident to an appointment that couldn’t be scheduled during the week. We are so thankful to have conscientious people like Marian on our team.”

“The other day, I worked as a CNA in the Health Center from 7 – 11 am. I was not familiar with the daily routine and fell a bit behind in my duties. Terry Eshelman was there to save the day! She pitched in to help with meal tickets, collecting trays, serving residents, etc. I couldn’t have done it without her. I was so thankful for her help, I want to pass along my gratitude and say how nice it is when departments work together as a team to get the job done.”

When we think of great customer service and team spirit, we think of Joni Cromer. Joni leads by example and has a “people first” attitude.  Joni is always there to pick up and fill in when needed so customers continue to receive great service. The Owl’s Nest runs smoothly because of her management and people skills, and it doesn’t stop there. If you’ve ever had one of Joni’s scones or pumpkin snickerdoodles, you know that she is an amazing baker. Fortunately, for everyone here at MMC, Joni shares that special talent with us frequently. Most recently, she had a bake sale. She created a beautifully displayed smorgasbord of baked goods just because she knows residents and staff enjoy her confections. Thank you, Joni, for being a part of the MMC team and helping to make MMC a great place to live and work.
